After its CX series, Sennheiser is still aiming at Beats with its brand new Urbanite on-ear and over-ear (XL) headphones. With these two headphones, Sennheiser has put more effort into improving the bass. Claiming to keep bass experience on par with an intense club, the Urbanite headphones also show off their trademark clearly when wearing.
Urbanite headphones have an in-line remote for control and taking call, stainless steel hinges for folding when needed to put away, cloth-draped headbands, soft and comfortable earpads, and aluminum sliders that adjust for perfect fit.
Urbanite headphones also come with six different colors and support iOS Android, and Windows. For iOS, Android and Windows users, they can choose a polycarbonate and stainless steel construction with tangle-free elliptical cables to their like.
Sennheiser said that because of these “high quality materials” that sets their products different from the likes of Beats and others which have been released. While the $199 on-ear Urbanite model went on sale yesterday, the $249 over-ear Urbanite XL is to arrive in Q4.
